We designed our shipping options to be simple and affordable. We currently only offer First Class Mail® service from the United States Postal Service, and restrict delivery to the United States. Please let us know if additional shipping options are important to you, and we'll add services as demand warrants.

USPS SERVICE GUIDELINES
Order shipments originate from Sherman Oaks, CA and will ship within 48 hours upon receipt of order. First Class Mail® typically requires 1- to 3-days to reach their destination. Deliveries do not occur on Sundays or Holidays.
ORDER CHANGES
Changes to orders cannot be made after 1:00pm PST on business days, as packages may already be en route to their destination(s).
RETURNS
We want you to be delighted with your Nabi Baby™ purchase. Most purchases can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Just contact us for an RMA number prior to return shipping. Nabi Baby™, Inc. will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items, and will refund 100% of the purchase price. An unwanted, resalable item will be refunded 100% of the purchase price provided it is returned unopened and undamaged in the original packaging.
Returned items not meeting these criteria are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs (each way) on unwanted items. Items that are returned opened, damaged and not in the original packaging will not be refunded and will be shipped back to the customer at customer's expense.
You must notify us of damaged / defective products within 5 business days from the date of delivery. In the event that a product is defective or damaged in shipping, Nabi Baby™ will provide an equivalent replacement item. If a replacement is not available, Nabi Baby™ will issue a full refund including inbound and outbound shipping charges.
Products returned without an RMA are subject to a 25% restocking fee, due to additional processing costs caused by unexpected returns. We appreciate your help in keeping our costs and prices low!
